When you visit the website of CNIC (China Ningbo International Cooperation Co., Ltd.), what unfolds before your eyes is a starting business picture that has been flourishing for 16 years and the abroad ooperation perspective in foreign economy and trade. At the beginning of 1988, starting from scratch and widely recruiting talented people, CNIC quickly won a group of reliable customers and wide business channels both at home and abroad, which has been our solid foundation. In 1994, we actively took the
initiative in changing the management mechanism of the company into a Limited one in the foreign economy and trade system of Ningbo. It means the staff of the company can hold 30 per cent stock. In 2002, CNIC reformed its investment structure again, absorbing some private industrial groups as our own strategic investors and implementing the policy of combination with strong ones. Meanwhile, the company leaders and business backbones of CNIC became shareholders of natural persons instead of the former ^state-owned ̄ situation. Since then, CNIC has made a break through and become a non-state-owned enterprise; our staff became the real hosts of the company. Moreover, externally we strive to develop our business continuously, while internally we optimize our management, by which we has formed a set of incentive mechanism which is not only scientific, rational but also favorable to explore rising stars.
